Advertising
DateYard uses its own proprietary advertising broadcast methods to deliver advertising messages to its users. The advertising system we developed and use does not use or provide the advertisers with any pieces of information that the user provided on-site.
You acknowledge and grant DateYard permission to use your photos* or text* on our partners' sites or in the marketing of the Service.
* Excludes any pictures, text, or recordings assigned to your backstage. Excludes your personal information, such as your email address or full name.
Third Party Advertising
We may use third-party advertising companies to display ads when you visit the DateYard website. These companies may use anonymous information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to the DateYard website (and web sites operated by others) in order to provide advertisements on the DateYard website about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
Use of Information
By issuing the services you acknowledge that (a) we cannot ensure the security privacy of any information you provide through the Internet and your email messages, and that you release us from any liability in connection with the use of such information by other parties; (b) we are not responsible for, and cannot control, the use by others of any information which you provide to them and you should be cautious when selecting the personal information you provide to others through the Service; and (c) we cannot assume any responsibility for the content of messages sent by other users of the Service, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the contents of any communication you may receive from other users. We cannot guarantee, and assume no responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by other users of the Service.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse to grant you an ID or nickname that impersonates someone else, is protected by trademark or proprietary law, or is vulgar or otherwise offensive, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
We do not share any personal information with third parties.
Monitoring of Information
We reserve the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings and messages to ensure that they conform with the content guidelines which may sometimes be applicable.
Removal of Information
As soon as we do not and cannot review each message or other material posted or sent by users of the Service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obliged to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation profiles, public postings and messages, that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate the Code of Conduct set out above or any applicable content guidelines, or to be otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of profiles, public postings, messages and other materials you may upload to the Service or users of the Service.
Archiving and Preservation of Information
We archive all information, including personal information that you provide while using any other functionalities on the DateYard website. We store this information on servers that are controlled by us or by third parties who agreed to comply with our commitments made under th present Privacy Policy and whom we have a contractual relationship with. Archived information shall generally not be erased unless and until your complete account with DateYard.com is deleted, and even then we may retain some or all your information on back-up files. |
